Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Revalu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Revalu.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must comply with all applicable laws to use Revalu. You may not use Revalu if you have been suspended or terminated by us.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. You may authenticate using email, Apple, Google, or other supported providers.

Description of service

Revalu provides AI-powered tools that may include item identification, estimated resale valuations, listing recommendations, generated titles, descriptions and keywords, portfolio tracking, social and discovery features, marketplace recommendations, and comparable resale information.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

AI-generated content

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated descriptions, pricing, identification, and marketplace information before relying on or publishing them. Do not publish content you have not reviewed for accuracy and compliance with the platform where it will appear.

No authenticity guarantee

Revalu does not guarantee that any item is authentic, genuine, correctly identified, or accurately attributed to a particular brand, model, or era. Counterfeit, replica, or misidentified items may be submitted, and Revalu is not responsible for verifying authenticity.

Marketplace relationships

Revalu may link to or recommend third-party marketplaces, resale platforms, or other services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Revalu is not the buyer, seller, broker, or party to any transaction conducted on a third-party marketplace.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, fees, policies, and rules. We encourage you to review them before using those services.

User content

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you submit to Revalu. By submitting content, you grant Revalu a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and use that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and provide the service.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party or applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Revalu to:

• Engage in unlawful activity or fraud;
• List, promote, or sell counterfeit, stolen, or infringing goods;
• Harass, abuse, or harm others;
• Attempt to compromise Revalu systems or bypass security measures;
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically misuse the service;
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls; or
• Submit malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.

Intellectual property

Revalu's software, branding, interface, designs, logos, and proprietary technology are owned by Revalu and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding except as necessary to use the service.

Service availability

We do not guarantee that Revalu will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control.

Fees

Revalu may offer free and paid features in the future. We will disclose applicable pricing and obtain your consent before charging you for any paid feature.

Community rules and safety

Revalu includes social features where members can share items and view other members' profiles. You are responsible for the content you post. You may not post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, fraudulent, spam, or otherwise objectionable, and you may not use Revalu to target or harass other members.

Text you make publicly visible, such as your profile details and shared item information, is screened automatically before it is published. Content that appears to break these rules may be rejected at the point of posting.

Members can report another member or a shared item from within the app, and can block another member at any time. Blocking removes existing connections between the two accounts and prevents further connection. Reports are reviewed and we may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Reports are not publicly visible.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Revalu for violations of these Terms, misuse, fraud, security risks, or legal reasons, with or without notice. You may stop using Revalu at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and its associated active data from Account Settings inside the app. Limited information may remain in backups, security logs, or records we are required to keep by law for a period after deletion.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revalu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be accurate, reliable, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revalu and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of Revalu. This includes damages related to inaccurate valuations, resale transaction outcomes, third-party marketplace activity, service interruptions, or AI-generated errors.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revalu and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date. Your continued use of Revalu after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
